What areas does Taylored Events serve?
We serve Metro Detroit, including Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, and Wayne counties — cities like Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills, Troy, Novi, Royal Oak, Ferndale, and West Bloomfield, along with Detroit, Sterling Heights, Shelby, and Canton.

How much does a character party cost?
Pricing starts at $250 for a 30-minute pop-in visit. Our 60-minute packages start at $325 (for either 14 kids or fewer, or 15+ kids), and our Deluxe 90-minute party for 15–25 kids is $487.50. Adding extra characters gets a $25 discount per character.

What's included in a standard party package?
Musical games, a parachute game, bubbles, shaker eggs (in the 15+ kids package), an obstacle course, photo opportunities, and singing Happy Birthday. Upgrades like face painting, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, and caricature art can be added.

Do you offer meet & greets for birthday parties?
Meet & greets are designed for large-group settings such libraries, restaurants, fairs, city events, and corporate events and aren't offered as a birthday party format. BUT for birthdays, you can book our 30 mins POP in package!

Do you do holiday character visits?
Yes! We offer 15-minute weekday visits ($80) and 30-minute weekend visits ($150) with the Easter Bunny, Shelf Elf, and Grinchy, each with their own themed activity.

Do you work with other vendors at events?
Yes! We're used to working alongside other vendors and pride ourselves on being professional and reliable, so you never have to worry about a performer no-show or breaking character.

Can you customize a package for a specific number of kids or a specific theme?
Yes! Our packages are built to be "taylored" to your event, and we can talk through the right size, activities, and characters for your guest list.

Do you offer face painting, balloon twisting, or glitter tattoos on their own?
Yes, these can be added to any package or booked as standalone entertainment. Good to note that face painting and balloon twisting are priced at $150 per hour per artist.
